雞蛋牛奶麵包 (樂信牌麵包機食譜)


麵粉 250 g
雞蛋 2 隻 + 鮮奶 共 130 g
糖 25 g
鹽 2 g
牛油 20 g
酵母 4 g


先把雞蛋和鮮奶加入麵包機內, 然後把麵粉放入,

按選功能一, 重量 500 g, 烤色淺色, 便可啓動制作.


1.因為酵母接觸糖及鹽會發酵, 所以, 如預約時間的朋友, 要更加跟隨以上做法, 那做出來的麵包便很可口.

2.計算天氣濕度: 今天這款, 由於濕度在 99% 之間, 但雞蛋已有 90 g,所以雞蛋加奶共 130 g, 這樣, 麵包才有足夠水份發酵.

3.如不加雞蛋, 只加鮮奶 120 g便足夠.
