Braised pig



Materials:

A pig
1 onion
Ginger 2
Cinnamon 1
2 star anise

Seasoning:

A. 1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup rice wine
1/2 cup soy sauce
8 cups water
B. 2 tablespoons Mirin

Practice:
