Mapo Tofu


2 small pieces of tofu
200 grams of ground pork
Onion 1 tsp

Garlic 1 tsp

Water 1 tablespoon cornstarch


A. cream 1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon rice wine
B. 1 tablespoon hot bean paste


  1. spare diced tofu.
  2. wok, add the right amount of salad oil, and a large hot onion, ginger, garlic, then add the ground meat causal.
