Pork knuckle peanut soup



Materials:

600 grams of Pork knuckle
100 grams of peanuts
Scallion 10 grams
10 grams of ginger
1 star anise
Water 1200cc

Seasoning:

1 tsp salt
Chicken powder 1/2 tsp
1 tablespoon rice wine

Practice:

  1. peanut washed with cold water to soak for about 5 hours, remove and drain water into the hot boiling water, boil for about 10 minutes, then remove and reserve.
