Tea stewed pig



Materials:

900 grams of Pork knuckle
1 star anise
3 grams of cinnamon
Peppercorns 1 gram
5 grams of tea
Hot water 1300㏄

Seasoning:

Soy sauce 180㏄
Wine 30㏄
1 tablespoon sugar
Pinch of salt

Practice:

  1. Wash the Pork knuckle into the boiling water, boil hot after about 5 minutes, remove and soak in ice water and let cool and set aside.
  2. Take a casserole, the Pork knuckle into practice 1, followed by star anise, cinnamon, peppercorns, and all the seasonings, add hot water to cook after flavor, heat and simmer for about 1.5 hours.
  3. Add the tea and cook for about 5 minutes in practice 2, turn off the heat and then simmer for about 10 minutes.
