蒜苗炒花枝



材料:

花枝300公克
青蒜1支
辣椒1條
蒜末5公克
薑末5公克
肉臊滷汁30㏄

調味料:

鹽少許
糖少許
米酒1小匙
烏醋1/2小匙
沙茶醬1/2大匙

作法:

 1.花枝洗淨切片;青蒜、辣椒洗淨切斜片,備用。
 2.熱鍋,倒入1大匙油,放入蒜末、薑末爆香後,加入作法1的青蒜片、辣椒片炒香。
 3.加入作法1的花枝片拌炒數下,再加入肉臊滷汁、所有調味料炒至收汁入味即可。
