牛尾 400 g
番茄 2個
洋蔥 1/2顆
西芹  200 g
薯仔 1個
紅蘿蔔 1個
高麗菜 1/3個


鹽 1茶匙
白胡椒粉 1茶匙
番茄醬 3大匙


1, 把所有材料切小塊
2, 在鍋內加入橄欖油, 放入牛尾煎表面金黃色
3, 把所有材料及番茄醬放入鍋內攪拌
4, 加入水上蓋煮2小時, 加入鹽及白胡椒粉便完成

這款是家庭制作的羅宋湯, 味道會比軟淡的,喜歡濃味的朋友可自行調校濃度
