大阪燒



材料:

高麗菜 100克
麵粉 100克
雞蛋 1隻
煙肉 4塊
日本年糕 3塊
碎芝士 50克

調味料:

大阪燒醬 隨意
美乃滋 隨意
柴魚 隨意
香草 隨意

做法:

1,先把高麗菜切碎,然後和麵粉及雞蛋攪拌好,放在易潔鍋上,用小火煮,等一會

2,在表面放上碎芝士,接著放年糕及煙肉,再放上美乃滋,放好後把整個反轉煮熟

3,然後再反轉,在表面塗上大阪燒醬,再灑美乃滋

4,最後,灑上柴魚及香草便完成

這款是日本師傅教的。
