豆角菜甫洋蔥炒魚片



材料:

豆角 半斤
洋蔥 半個
菜甫 1兩
魚片 半條

調味:

鹽 半茶匙

做法:

1, 先把魚片,菜甫,豆角及洋蔥切小塊備用
2, 開中火,先把豆角放入,加入鹽,炒至8成熟
3, 把其他材料都放入炒1分鐘便完成
