鹽 1/3茶匙


1, 先把义燒及番茄切碎備用
2, 蛋攪拌後, 用易潔鑊預熱,加少許油,放入蛋漿炒至半熟上碟備用
3, 再在易潔鑊內加入少許油, 預熱
4, 把番茄及鹽先放入炒一會
5, 接著把飯, 义燒,分別加入, 炒至飯散開便可以加入蛋
6, 把所有材料攪拌均勻便完成
