粟粉 1 1/2 茶匙
豉油 1湯匙
五香粉 1茶匙

米酒 1 1/2 湯匙


1, 先把雞翼用調味A調味等20分鐘

4, 開蓋加入米酒, 攪拌, 開小火, 再上蓋約15至20分鐘便完成
