花生糯米糍




材料:
     糯米粉   120克
     沾米粉     12克
       粟粉       20克
      砂糖        40克
      椰漿     200 毫升
      鮮牛奶  100毫升
      幼鹽      1/8茶匙
      菜油       適量
      熟糯米粉適量

餡料:
      熟花生碎   100克
      砂糖            20克
      黑芝麻         10克
      椰絲             10克
      

做法:
1.椰漿,牛奶 煮沸。

2.將糯米粉, 沾米粉,粟粉 先篩過後,加砂糖,放入器皿內再加入(1)攪至沒有粉粒為止。
   
3.將(2)蒸 10 分鐘或至粉漿變粉團。 (可用筷子測試, 冇黏住表示己經熟透)

4.將餡料全部攪在一起。

5.待粉團放涼後, 取出適量的粉團包入餡料 ,沾上熟糯米粉即成。

温韾提示:
1. 材料要逐一混合, 以免起粒。
2. 用匙取麪團時用凍水濕一濕會冇咁黏。
3. 可將麪團放上保鮮紙上碌平, 之後放入餡料, 會較容易同碌得較平均。
4. 清洗方面, 麪團會黏實器皿, 可先用水浸一會, 會較易清洗。
