1, 先把三文魚蒸5分鐘, 拆骨, 整成肉碎
2, 用不锈鋼鍋, 開大火, 把薑,米,三文魚及粟米放入一起煮
3, 水滾後放入鹽,上蓋半分鐘後關火 (關火後不能打開蓋)
4, 等1小時
5, 再開火, 水滾後再上蓋半分鐘後關火, 等15分鐘便完成
