豆卜 20克
雲耳 15克
薑 適量
蔥 適量


豉油 3茶匙
粟粉 1茶匙
糖 1茶匙
麻油 半茶匙


1, 把雞用以上調未調好備用
2, 把薑及蔥切條狀備用, 雲耳浸水至軟身
3, 豆卜切開分成兩邊
4, 先把豆卜放在底部, 再放上雞, 再放上雲耳及薑, 蔥
5, 用大火,隔水蒸約 20分鐘,便完成
