薯仔火腿芝士湯

去皮薯仔,切小塊 3杯
牛油  3湯匙
甜洋蔥切碎 2湯匙
麵粉 3湯匙
牛奶 3杯
車打芝士 1 1/2杯
火腿切碎 1杯
鹽 1/2茶匙
胡椒粉 適量

1,使用中型湯鍋,煮薯仔,直到全熟軟身。
2, 保留一杯水煮好的薯仔,然後瀝乾。
3, 在一個小煎鍋,爆香洋蔥,直到洋蔥透明。
4, 加入牛油和麵粉在鍋內煸一起用細火使湯汁增稠,
