烤咖哩雞烤串



配料:

3湯匙椰子汁
6瓣大蒜,切碎(約4茶匙)
2茶匙咖哩粉
2茶匙魚露
1/4茶匙辣椒片
1湯匙切碎香蔥(約1蔥)
1/4茶匙粗鹽
1磅去皮的雞腿肉,切成1英寸的立方體

做法:
1。
在攪拌碗,倒入椰奶,蒜末,咖哩粉,魚露,辣椒片,切碎的小蔥和猶太鹽。攪拌,直到一切都混合好,加入雞。攪拌均勻,冷藏至少30分鐘或長達12個小時。

2。
用竹籤把雞肉串起來。

3。
如在家裡, 利用易潔鍋,  中火, 把雞串, 煎約7-8分鐘便完成
