材料:

豬絞肉  12両
鹹魚 隨意
薑 少許

調味:

豉油 1湯匙
糖 1茶匙
豆粉 1茶匙

做法:

1, 先把豬肉用調味料調味備用
2, 把薑切碎
3, 把鹹魚放在肉餅上, 再放薑碎在鹹魚上
4, 放入電飯鍋入, 連飯一起煮熟便完成
