奧利奧芝士蛋糕



配料:

24奧利奧餅乾
1/4杯黃油,融化
3包(8盎司)磚奶油奶酪,室溫
1杯糖
1茶匙香草
3個雞蛋

做法:

烤箱預熱至350度F.
將16奧利奧的弄碎。弄碎後和黃油混和在一起
混和後把奧利奧平放在9英寸的派盤/彈簧形式鍋的底部。 
在一個大碗裡,打奶油奶酪,糖和香草,直到攪拌好。加入一個雞蛋,並確保拌好再加入下一個雞蛋, 直至3隻雞蛋都混合好
其餘的奧利奧(節省一些,如果你想將它們碾碎,灑在頂部的裝飾),並拌勻成蛋糕糊。將混合物倒入餅鍋。 (可選:在上面添加剩餘的餅乾。)
烤45分鐘,或直到幾乎從冰箱冷藏4小時(或過夜)便完成。
