起司烤炸雞



食材:

雞里肌200G
鹽1匙
全蛋2顆
麵包粉3大匙
起司餅乾3大匙

過程完全不用一滴油.濃濃起司香又金黃酥脆的外皮包裹著肉質軟嫩的里肌,熱量超低,只需要烤箱就能做出美味的烤炸雞

做法:

雞肉蛋液少許鹽巴抓醃
麵包粉備用
起司餅乾放入塑膠袋壓成碎狀
和麵包粉混合
里肌肉放入粉內緊緊按壓.放入預熱的烤箱.180度烤15分
完成
