蘑菇火腿雞肉比薩



材料:

麵粉 250 g
糖 20 g
鹽 4 g
橄欖油 20 g
酵母 5 g  
湯種 40 g 湯種做法
牛奶 100 g

蘑菇2 條
火腿 3片
粟米粒 10克
茄汁 10克
芝士碎 20克
蒜頭 4塊

做法:

1, 先把湯種和鮮奶加入麵包機內, 然後把麵粉放入,
而糖,鹽及橄欖油分別在四個角落放入,
最後到酵母要放在中央,

按選功能8(麵糰制作), 然後啓動, 約25分鐘.

2, 把火腿,蘑菇及蒜頭切碎

3,  麵糰取出,按壓成鐵盤圓型狀

4, 把蘑菇, 火腿, 粟米及蒜頭放在表面, 最後再放上芝士碎

5, 預熱焗爐10分鐘150度

6, 把PIZZA 放入焗爐焗20分鐘150度便完成
