意粉 100克
洋蔥 1/3個
鮮奶 200 ml
雞蛋 1隻


鹽 1茶匙


1, 先把意粉放入水, 加少許油, 煮8分鐘, 備用
2, 把煙肉, 蘑菇, 洋蔥切小塊備用
3, 打開雞蛋, 加鹽, 攪拌好, 再加入鮮奶攪拌
4, 開中火, 先放入洋蔥炒香, 再放入蘑菇和蘑菇炒至全熟
5, 轉細火, 倒入預先攪拌好的雞蛋及鮮奶, 煮熱
6, 放入意粉攪拌好便完成
