芝士蘑菇肉丸通粉




(1人份量)
材料:

通粉 100克
蘑菇 4個
肉丸 2粒 

調味:

香草 1茶匙
黑胡椒 1茶匙
鹽 1茶匙
鮮奶 150 ml
芝士 1片

做法:

1, 先開中火,加水, 放入通粉煮熟, 然後取出沖凍水, 備用
2, 先開中火,加水, 放入蘑菇及肉丸煮熟, 備用
3, 用一個鍋, 開中火, 加入小許橄欖油, 把煮熟的通粉, 蘑菇及肉丸放入, 加入鹽炒, 再把鮮奶, 香草, 黑胡椒放入攪拌勻, 
4, 最後放入士攪拌, 看見芝士完全溶化便完成

p.s
1, 蘑菇可以切碎,隨個人喜好
2, 肉丸是在超市買, 任何款式的肉丸也可以
