意粉 300 克
番茄 2 個
洋蔥 1/2個
蒜頭 3 塊
蘑菇 3 個
碎牛肉 100 克
碎芝士 適量


A, 鹽 1茶匙
橄欖油 少許

B, 茄汁 2湯匙
鹽 1茶匙
香草 1茶匙
黑胡椒 1茶匙
糖 2茶匙
羅勒 1茶匙


1, 開一鍋水, 等水滾把調味A放入, 再放入意粉煮8分鐘
2, 把意粉取出用凍水沖洗,備用
3, 把蘑菇, 洋蔥,蒜頭及番茄切碎備用
4, 開中火, 倒入小許橄欖油, 把蘑菇, 洋蔥, 蒜頭先放入炒香,接著放入牛肉, 再放入番茄炒一會
5, 加入少許水, 再把調味B放入, 轉細火, 上蓋等3分鐘便可關火
7, 取出一個焗爐碟, 把意粉先放入碟內, 接著把煮好的肉醬放在表面,再放芝士碎
8, 預熱焗爐150度10分鐘
9, 把碟放入焗150度10分鐘便完成
