焗蘑菇肉醬意粉



材料:

意粉 300 克
番茄 2 個
洋蔥 1/2個
蒜頭 3 塊
蘑菇 3 個
碎牛肉 100 克
碎芝士 適量

調味:

A, 鹽 1茶匙
橄欖油 少許

B, 茄汁 2湯匙
鹽 1茶匙
香草 1茶匙
黑胡椒 1茶匙
糖 2茶匙
羅勒 1茶匙


做法:

1, 開一鍋水, 等水滾把調味A放入, 再放入意粉煮8分鐘
2, 把意粉取出用凍水沖洗,備用
3, 把蘑菇, 洋蔥,蒜頭及番茄切碎備用
4, 開中火, 倒入小許橄欖油, 把蘑菇, 洋蔥, 蒜頭先放入炒香,接著放入牛肉, 再放入番茄炒一會
5, 加入少許水, 再把調味B放入, 轉細火, 上蓋等3分鐘便可關火
7, 取出一個焗爐碟, 把意粉先放入碟內, 接著把煮好的肉醬放在表面,再放芝士碎
8, 預熱焗爐150度10分鐘
9, 把碟放入焗150度10分鐘便完成
