三色椒炒豬肉碎



材料:

豬肉碎 隨意
黃椒 1個
青椒 1個
紅椒 1個
洋蔥 1/4個

調味:

粟粉 1茶匙
黃糖 1茶匙
豉油 1湯匙

做法:

1, 先把豬肉利用以上調味料調味備用
2, 把洋蔥切粒
3, 三色椒切開, 用小部份切成粒狀, 其他清除內部種子, 制成一個器皿
4, 開中火, 才許油, 放入豬肉煎至8成熟
5, 再放入三色椒粒, 及洋蔥, 炒至豬肉全熟便完成
把炒好的豬肉碎放入三色椒器皿內
