麵粉 250 g
糖 20 g
鹽 5 g
橄欖油 20 g
酵母 5 g
湯種 50 g 湯種做法
水 100 g
洋蔥碎 10 g
煙肉碎 10 g
芝士碎 適量


1, 先把湯種和水加入麵包機內, 然後把麵粉放入,

按選功能8(麵糰制作), 然後啓動, 約25分鐘.

2, 麵糰取出分成4份,

3, 把每份麵糰按壓排出空氣, 弄成球狀

4, 用保鮮紙蓋著表面(室温約26-32°C) 發酵 45 分鐘

5, 把每份麵糰再按壓排出空氣, 及弄成長條狀 , 用保鮮紙蓋著表面(室温約26-32°C) 發酵 45 分鐘

6, 把每份麵糰再按壓排出空氣, 及弄成長扁狀

7, 把碎洋蔥放在麵糰表面, 再放上火腿,再把麵糰捲好, 最後在表面灑上芝士

8, 把焗爐先預熱10分鐘

9, 把麵糰放入焗爐, 利用上下發熱線焗20分鐘 (150度)
