雞蛋火腿粟米沙律麵包



材料:

麵粉 250 g
水 100 g
糖 20 g
鹽 5 g
橄欖油 20 g
酵母 5 g
湯種 50克     湯種做法

雞蛋兩隻
粟米粒適量
火腿 1片
沙律醬

沙律做法:

1, 先把雞蛋及粟米煮熟, 
2, 把雞蛋去殼,及切碎
3, 火腿切碎
4, 把雞蛋,粟米, 火腿及沙律醬攪拌備用

做法:

1, 先把水和橄欖油加入麵包機內, 然後把麵粉放入,
而糖,鹽分別在四個角落放入,
最後到酵母要放在中央,

按選功能8(麵糰制作), 然後啓動, 約25分鐘. 完成後等1小時發酵後取出


2, 麵糰取出按壓排出空氣及6份,

3, 取出沙律,再用麵糰包好, 並按壓到没有接口

4, 等候15分鐘

5, 在麵糰表面塗上蛋漿

6, 發酵後,把焗爐先預熱10分鐘

7, 把麵糰放入焗爐, 利用上下發熱線焗10分鐘 (150度)便完成
