肉桂蛋糕



蛋糕體材料:

低筋麵粉 80 g
肉桂粉 7 g
鮮奶 50 g
蛋黃 3隻
牛油 30 g
糖霜 60 g
泡打粉 7 g

奶油材料:

蛋白 3隻
砂糖 30 G

奶油做法:

1, 取出蛋白(不能有一點蛋黃)
2, 把蛋白打起泡,便加第一次砂糖(砂糖分3次加入), 便開始繼續打泡
3, 重覆以上動作,直至砂糖全放入, 完成後, 能有個小勺站起便可, 備用
4, 把蛋糕體材料放入盤內
    (次序: 蛋黃, 鮮奶, 肉桂粉, 牛油, 糖霜, 麵粉, 泡打粉)
    (泡打粉, 麵粉及糖霜要篩入)
5, 放入後慢慢攪拌至糊狀
6, 然後把打好的奶油分3次放進盤內攪拌
7, 攪拌好, 把糊放入模具中
8, 預熱焗爐150度10分鐘
9, 把模具放入焗爐, 隔水以150度焗30分鐘, 焗爐停下後等5分鐘再取出便完成
