乾炒豬排烏冬



材料:

豬排 3塊
洋蔥 1/3個
烏冬 2個

調味:

A, 
豆粉 1茶匙
糖 1茶匙
生抽 2茶匙

B, 
生抽 1 1/2湯匙
老抽 1湯匙
糖 1茶匙
鹽 半茶匙

做法:

1, 把豬排及洋蔥切條狀備用
2, 豬排用調味A調味, 等20分鐘
3, 開中火, 放入水, 水滾後放入烏冬, 煮至烏冬軟身, 取出備用
5, 用另一個鍋, 開中火, 加少許橄欖油, 鍋槷後把豬排放入, 煎至8成熟
6, 放入洋蔥, 炒至豬排全熟便放入烏冬炒一會
7, 把調味B放入, 炒至均勻便完成
