藍莓水果批



9寸闊 x 3/4寸高圓形批盤 

批底:
14塊消化餅
100 g無鹽牛油

餡料:
(a)
忌廉芝士 150 g
糖 40 g
檸檬汁 1 tsp
雲呢拿油 1 tsp
(b)
淡忌廉 125 ml

魚膠粉1茶匙
水2湯匙
(將水倒入魚膠粉中隔熱水溶化)

做法:

1, 先把消化餅壓碎, 再用半溶化牛油攪拌好
2, 放在盤內平放好
3, 餡料(a)用電動打蛋器打至軟滑,
4, 餡料(b)用電動打蛋器打到能有個小勺站起便可, 備用,
5, 將(a)(b)拌勻後,加入魚膠水再"快手"拌勻,
6, 倒入消化餅上鋪平,放回雪櫃冷凍最少4小時,再鋪上喜歡的水果便完成。
