鹽 1茶匙
胡椒粉 1茶匙
黑胡椒 1茶匙
白酒 1湯匙


1, 把雞排用以上調味按摩至吸收,包好放入雪櫃5小時
2, 烤前一小時從雪櫃取出備用
3, 預熱焗爐10分鐘180度
4, 雞排放入焗爐焗25分鐘180度便完成
