榛子朱古力麵包



材料:

高筋麵粉 250 克
水 110 克
湯種 50 克   湯種做法
牛油 30克
糖 30 克
鹽 5 克
酵母 5 克
朱古力粉 12 克

做法:

1,把湯種,牛油,水,朱古力粉,麵粉,糖,鹽及酵母依次序放入麵包機內,按'制作麵糰'
2, 麵糰完成便取出,把麵糰按壓10分鐘,放回麵包機內發酵1小時
3, 重覆以上以上動作1次
4, 把麵糰取出分成6份,制作成球狀
5, 放在焗爐盤上(每個球狀間留小許空間)等15至30分鐘等麵糰放鬆
6, 在麵糰表面塗上蛋漿
7, 預熱焗爐150度10分鐘
8, 把麵糰放入,焗15分鐘150度
9,焗完後在表面隨意灑上朱古力液便完成
