茄汁 4湯匙
洋蔥 1/4個
蒜頭 少許
香芹 少許
蘿肋 少許
香草 少許
鹽 半茶匙
糖 2茶匙
芝士碎 隨意


1, 開一鍋水, 水沸騰後放入意粉煮8分鐘,
2, 意粉煮好後加入少許橄欖油攪拌, 備用
3, 把三文魚, 秀珍菇, 洋蔥, 蘿肋, 香芹, 蒜頭切碎備用
4, 開小火, 放少許油, 把三文魚, 洋蔥, 蘿肋, 香芹, 蒜頭及秀珍菇放入炒香, 放入茄汁, 鹽及糖, 攪拌好便關火
5, 用一隻焗爐碟, 先放好意粉, 再把攪拌好的醬汁倒在表面, 最後放上碎芝士
6, 預熱焗爐10分鐘170度
7, 把意粉放入焗爐,10分鐘200度便完成
