芹菜海鮮鍋



材料:

芹菜 500 g
芫茜 500 g
金菇 1包
凡立貝 6顆
小象拔蚌 10個
大蜆 10個
蒜頭 1個
水 500 g

調味:

鹽 1茶匙

做法:

1, 把蜆, 象拔蚌浸半小時, 再清洗乾淨備用
2, 蒜頭切碎備用
3, 金菇, 芹菜及芫茜清洗乾淨備用
4, 用一個鍋開中火, 把水放入, 把金菇, 芹菜, 芫茜, 蜆, 象拔蚌, 凡立貝及蒜頭放入, 
5, 放入鹽, 上蓋
6, 等水沸後轉細火等10分鐘便完成
