香草忌廉洋蔥煙肉烤三文魚



材料:

三文魚 1塊
煙肉 2片
洋蔥 1/4個

調味:

香草忌廉醬汁 (購於香港759阿信屋)
香草忌廉醬汁

香草忌廉醬汁成份


做法:

1, 洋蔥切片, 煙肉切碎, 備用
2, 用一個焗爐碟, 把洋蔥放入, 再把三文魚放入在表面
3, 倒入香草忌廉醬汁,最後放上煙肉碎
4, 預熱焗爐10分鐘200度
5, 放入焗爐焗30分鐘200度便完成
(由於三文魚較厚, 所以比包裝上用了10分鐘烤焗時間)
