芝士焗三色椒肉碎



材料:

豬肉碎 隨意
黃椒 1個
青椒 1個
紅椒 1個
洋蔥 1/4個
芝士碎 適量

調味:

粟粉 1茶匙
黃糖 1茶匙
豉油 1湯匙

做法:

1, 先把豬肉利用以上調味料調味備用
2, 把三色椒及洋蔥切粒
3, 開中火, 少許油, 放入豬肉煎至8成熟
4, 再放入三色椒粒, 及洋蔥, 炒至豬肉全熟便完成
5, 炒好放入焗爐碟上, 在表面灑上芝士碎
6, 預熱焗爐10分鐘120度
7, 放入焗爐焗10分鐘120度便完成
