意大利米 300 克
紅椒 1/3個
黃椒 1/3個
青椒 1/3個
洋蔥 1/3個
圓形意大利火腿 隨意
煙肉 2片
碎芝士 隨意


A, 鹽 1茶匙

B, 橄欖油 少許
     鹽 1茶匙

1, 用一個鍋, 開中火, 加入500 ml 水及調味B, 沸水後把米放入, 煮10分鐘, 煮好後取出加少許橄欖油攪拌備用
2, 把洋蔥, 青椒, 黃椒, 紅椒及煙肉切碎備用
3, 開中火, 放少許橄欖油, 把洋蔥, 青椒, 黃椒, 紅椒及煙肉放入炒香, 轉細火, 加入WHIPPING CREAM及調味A, 慢慢拌勻
4, 把煮好的忌廉倒入意大利米, 拌勻
5, 在米的表面放上意大利火腿, 再放上碎芝士
6, 預熱焗爐10分鐘150度
7, 放入焗爐焗10分鐘150度便完成
