牛腩 600 克
洋蔥 半個
紅蘿蔔 1個
蕃茄 2 個
薑 5-6片
蔥 1 條


茄膏 150 克
鹽 1茶匙
黃糖 4茶匙
黑胡椒 適量
香草 少許


1, 把洋蔥, 紅蘿蔔, 蕃茄, 薑和蔥切小塊備用
2, 把牛腩汆水備用
3, 開中火, 放入橄欖油, 等鍋發熱後放入薑和蔥, 炒香
4, 放入牛腩, 加一杯水, 再放入洋蔥, 紅蘿蔔和蕃茄, 水要加至蓋過大部份食材, 上蓋
5, 水滾後, 把茄膏, 鹽和黑胡椒放入, 攪拌好便上蓋, 轉細火炆1小時
6, 最後灑上香草便完成
