蕃茄紅蘿蔔炆牛腩



材料:

牛腩 600 克
洋蔥 半個
紅蘿蔔 1個
蕃茄 2 個
薑 5-6片
蔥 1 條

調味:

茄膏 150 克
鹽 1茶匙
黃糖 4茶匙
黑胡椒 適量
香草 少許

做法:

1, 把洋蔥, 紅蘿蔔, 蕃茄, 薑和蔥切小塊備用
2, 把牛腩汆水備用
3, 開中火, 放入橄欖油, 等鍋發熱後放入薑和蔥, 炒香
4, 放入牛腩, 加一杯水, 再放入洋蔥, 紅蘿蔔和蕃茄, 水要加至蓋過大部份食材, 上蓋
5, 水滾後, 把茄膏, 鹽和黑胡椒放入, 攪拌好便上蓋, 轉細火炆1小時
6, 最後灑上香草便完成
