椒鹽 1 1/2茶匙
豉油 1茶匙
糖 1茶匙
五香粉 1茶匙
黑胡椒 1茶匙


1, 雞翼用以上調味料調味等10分鐘
2, 用易潔鍋開中火, 放少許橄欖油, 
3, 等油熱後把雞翼放入, 煎至兩面金黃色便轉細火, 煎至全熟便可(全程約12分鐘)
