豬排 4塊


鹽 1 1/2 茶匙
糖 2茶匙
五香粉 1茶匙
黑胡椒 1茶匙
水 少許


1, 豬排用以上調味料調好, 放入雪櫃等待3至4小時
2, 煎前一小時從雪櫃取出備用
3, 開中火, 放入橄欖油, 待油熱後放入豬排
4, 把豬排兩面煎至金黃色, 轉細火
5, 慢煎至豬排全熟便可
