牛奶南瓜盅



材料:

南瓜 1個
牛奶 50克
Whipping cream 10克

調味料:

鹽 1/3 茶匙
香草 少許

做法:

1, 先把南瓜隔水蒸半小時後取出
2, 切開南瓜, 把裡面橙色南瓜部分取出
3, 把橙色南瓜部分放入攪拌機,加入牛奶攪拌
4,攪拌後把南瓜汁放回南瓜殼肉
5,再放鹽,隔水蒸15分鐘取出
6,再表面灑上,Whipping cream 和香草便完成
