煙肉卷麵包



材料:

高筋麵粉 250 克
奶 110 克
湯種 50 克   湯種做法
橄欖油 30克
糖 15 克
鹽 5 克
酵母 5 克

煙肉 6塊

做法:

1,把湯種,橄欖油,奶,麵粉,糖,鹽及酵母依次序放入麵包機內,按'制作麵糰'
2, 麵糰完成便取出,把麵糰按壓10分鐘,放回麵包機內發酵1小時
3, 重覆以上以上動作1次
4, 把麵糰取出分成6份,制作成長扁型狀
5,把煙肉放在長扁麵糰內, 然後捲起來
6,捲好後讓麵糰放鬆半小時
7,在麵糰表面塗上蛋漿
8,預熱焗爐10分鐘150度
9,放入焗爐焗15分鐘150便完成
