烤蒜香雞排



材料:

雞排 2塊
青椒 半個
黃椒 半個
紅椒 半個
洋蔥 1/3個
蒜頭 3塊

調味:

鹽 1茶匙
糖 2茶匙
黑胡椒 1茶匙
迷迭香 1茶匙

做法:

1, 把蒜頭切碎備用
2, 把洋蔥, 青椒, 黃椒及紅椒切小塊備用
3, 把所有調味料及蒜頭塗在雞排上, 按摩至吸收
4, 取出一個烤盤, 先把洋蔥, 青椒, 黃椒及紅椒放在底部, 再放上雞排
5, 放入雪櫃5小時
6, 烤前一小時取出備用
7, 預熱焗爐10分鐘200度
8, 放入焗爐焗30分鐘200度便完成 (焗15分鐘把雞煮出的油份塗上雞的表皮)
