咖哩雞翼



材料:

雞翼 9隻
青椒 半個
黃椒 半個
紅椒 半個
紅辣椒 1條
洋蔥 1/3 個
蕃茄 2個
蒜頭 3塊
薯仔 1個

調味:

A, 鹽 1茶匙
糖 1茶匙
五香粉 1茶匙
生抽 1湯匙
粟粉 1茶匙

B, 咖哩粉 1包

做法:

1, 雞翼用以上調味料B調味備用
2, 蒜頭切碎備用
3, 青椒, 黃椒, 紅椒, 紅辣椒, 洋蔥, 薯仔及蕃茄切小塊備用
4, 開中火, 放少許橄欖油, 等油熱後放入蒜頭炒香
5, 放入雞翼, 煎至表面金黃色, 放入薯仔, 加水, 紅辣椒及咖哩粉(水蓋過食材便可), 上蓋
6, 等水滾後轉細火炆1小時
7, 1小時後, 把青椒, 黃椒, 紅椒, 洋蔥及蕃茄放入, 煮分鐘便完成
