A, 鹽 1茶匙
糖 1茶匙
五香粉 1茶匙
生抽 1湯匙
粟粉 1茶匙

B, 咖哩粉 1包


1, 雞翼用以上調味料B調味備用
2, 蒜頭切碎備用
3, 青椒, 黃椒, 紅椒, 紅辣椒, 洋蔥, 薯仔及蕃茄切小塊備用
4, 開中火, 放少許橄欖油, 等油熱後放入蒜頭炒香
5, 放入雞翼, 煎至表面金黃色, 放入薯仔, 加水, 紅辣椒及咖哩粉(水蓋過食材便可), 上蓋
6, 等水滾後轉細火炆1小時
7, 1小時後, 把青椒, 黃椒, 紅椒, 洋蔥及蕃茄放入, 煮分鐘便完成
