芋頭 半個
排骨 500克
蔥 少許



粟粉 1茶匙
鹽 半茶匙
糖 1茶匙
生抽 1茶匙


鹽 半茶匙


1, 排骨用以上調味A調味備用
2, 芋頭切少塊, 蔥切碎備用
3, 開中火, 加入少許油, 等鍋熱後放入排骨煎至金黃色
4, 倒入水, 放入芋頭  (水的份量要蓋過食材)
5, 水滾後加入調味B轉細火, 上蓋炆1小時
6, 最後放在碟上, 在表面灑上蔥碎便完成
