意大利火腿芝士焗蕃茄醬三文魚意粉



材料:

意粉  300克
三文魚 1塊
意大利火腿 3片

調味料:

茄汁 4湯匙
洋蔥 1/4個
蒜頭 少許
香芹 少許
蘿肋 少許
香草 少許
鹽 半茶匙
糖 2茶匙
芝士碎 隨意

做法:

1, 開一鍋水, 水沸騰後放入意粉煮8分鐘,
2, 意粉煮好後加入少許橄欖油攪拌, 備用
3, 把三文魚, 意大利火腿, 洋蔥, 蘿肋, 香芹, 蒜頭切碎備用
4, 開小火, 放少許油, 把三文魚, 洋蔥, 蘿肋, 香芹, 蒜頭放入炒香, 放入茄汁, 鹽及糖, 攪拌好便關火
5, 用一隻焗爐碟, 先放好意粉, 再把攪拌好的醬汁倒在表面, 最後放上碎芝士
6, 預熱焗爐10分鐘170度
7, 把意粉放入焗爐,10分鐘200度便取出
8, 在表面灑上意大利火腿便完成
