Caprese meatballs


1 lbs turkey
1 egg
Quarter cup of almond flour
½ tsp salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ cup shredded cheese, whole milk
2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil for frying


1, in addition to olive oil, all the ingredients in a medium bowl, mix thoroughly
