烤牛腩



材料:

4磅牛腩
1份核桃,2份蘋果

調味:
A,
2湯匙beef base
2湯匙蒜鹽
2湯匙黑胡椒粉
2湯匙辣椒粉
1大匙紅糖
1湯匙辣椒粉

B,
2大匙紅糖
2湯匙切碎的青蔥
2湯匙蘋果汁

C,
3/4杯你最喜歡的燒烤醬
2大匙紅糖
1湯匙蘋果醋

做法:

1, 肉類去除脂肪的部分和分成兩份,這樣它可以吸收更多的調味料。
2, 把調味A塗在牛肉, 按摩至吸收。核桃和蘋果切開放在牛肉的底部, 蓋上蓋子,放入冰箱冷藏過夜。
3, 烤前一小時把調味B塗在牛肉上, 
4, 預熱焗爐10分鐘200度
5, 放入焗爐焗200度45分鐘
6, 取出後把調味C塗在牛肉上, 再烤10分鐘便完成
