烤生蠔



材料:

6  帶殼生蠔
3瓣大蒜,切碎
1湯匙切碎的香菜葉
辣椒少許
2湯匙咸奶油,融化

做法:

1, 剝去生蠔,待用。
2, 在生蠔表面放上切碎的大蒜,香菜葉,辣椒。添加一些黃油融化在每個生蠔
3, 預熱烤箱至200度10分鐘
4, 放入焗爐烤15-20分鐘。吃前加檸檬汁便可
