芥末煎豬扒



材料:

豬扒 4塊

調味料:

鼓油 1湯匙
芥末醬 1湯匙
糖 1茶匙
鹽 1茶匙

做法:

1, 把所有調味料混合攪拌
2, 調味料塗在豬扒上按摩至吸收,等30分鐘
3,開中火, 加入少許橄欖油
4,等橄欖油熱後放入豬扒,每面煎約2分鐘便完成(視乎豬扒厚度)
