焗沙薑雞



材料:

雞 半隻
薑 (切碎) 1湯匙

調味:

沙薑粉 1湯匙
鹽 1.5茶匙
水 2湯匙

做法:

1, 把雞洗乾淨, 刷乾
2, 把以上調味和薑攪拌均勻
3, 塗在雞的表面和底部, 用保鮮紙包好, 冷藏5小時
4, 烤前小時從雪櫃取出備用
5, 預熱焗爐 10分鐘200度
6, 用一張錫紙放在雞的表面
7, 放入焗爐焗30分鐘200度便完成
